Aromatherapy oils are essential oils generally steam distilled or water distilled from many natural ingredients that generates aroma to regularize health and mind of a human. These natural ingredients may involve leaves, stems, roots, or any elements of the plants that are therapeutic. They are highly concentrated and may require dilution using carriers. These are not fragrance oil or perfumed oil that contains chemicals. They are natural by products that are health related. To obtain much complex aroma one can blend essential aromatherapy oils together. This may require essential knowledge about the properties about each therapeutic product. Only then, such blending would be proper. Else, this would lead to any adverse effect.

  • Place aroma oils near garbage accumulated places. Any other places from where you get stingy smell. This would act as good refresher.
  • Some oils have the power of repellents. Use the proper aromatherapy oil to act your bug repellent instead of chemical coils or chemical repellents.
  • One can have a good massage using this aromatherapy oils if you are going to have intense therapy. Use nearly 20 drops to have good deep aroma.
  • To use it in a mild and refreshing way use 2 or 3 drops while bathing. All these may require you to understand the purpose and property of the products involved in preparing the aromatherapy oils and then use them as per convenience. Never try any aroma oil just without knowing their purpose.
